This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and NobleArcDesign.com ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of our website, software, applications, and services (collectively, the "Software"), including any integrations with third-party platforms.

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to this EULA. This includes accessing features like design tools and integrations with Intuit APIs for tasks such as syncing project data or invoicing.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Software.

• Use the Software for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

• Access or use the Software in a way that interferes with our services or exceeds authorized use.

• Integrate or use the Software with unauthorized third-party services without our consent.

3. Ownership

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including intellectual property. You own your content, but grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Software.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect the Software to Intuit or similar platforms, you authorize us to access and use your data from those platforms solely to enable functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Termination

We may terminate this license at any time if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of GA, USA without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
